BACK AT IT

My legs are back to "normal" and I've started working out again.  Up to this point, I've only been lifting and stretching, but am looking forward to going for a run this evening.  I thought that I would want to take a long break, but that's not the case.

Although training was time consuming, and at times, less than fun it seems that I miss the routine and the feeling of working towards an end goal.

I'm kicking around the idea of still joining the triathlon club.  Not necessarily because I want to do another tri anytime soon, but because it would be a good motivator to continue working out at a high intensity.
