By looking at a few of the gifts I received over this past Christmas season,
you might think Nixon was still president.
Example 1:
Thanks to the fine in-laws, and because I was such a good lil' fella this
year, I was gifted a CB radio. I've wanted one for the past couple of years and
now I finally have my very own. I went to the local CB shop and bought a shiny
new antenna which is proudly mounted to the top of my truck.
Example 2:
My very own momma bought me a pre-amp for my turn-table. Seems my receiver
didn't think it'd ever have the pleasure of powering such an object and didn’t
have the required hardware. Now my ears can be tickled by sweet vinyl all
around the house.
Who says time travel isn't possible?
